Stacking
Stacking machine type ASG 4
The FISCHER Stacking machine lifts up the finished bundles on a driven roller conveyor, while the cross-shifting is controlled by an electro-pneumatic push-off device. The push-off or lay down of the finished bundles takes place on an appropriate number of pusher arms.
The separated bundles will be put together to a layer, where the number of bundles per layer can be adjusted manually over an operator terminal.
The Stacking machine has 7 pusher arms and do not need to be modified when it comes to different lengths.
After completion of a layer, means achievement of the predefined number, the pusher arms move back with a fully mechanized drive using a gear brake motor, so a layer can be laid down step by step on the support arms of the lifting device.
